yt-pub-livesx is a tool that organizes work with YouTube live streams. It can transcribe the content, identify topics with artificial intelligence, and prepare clips for publication on another channel. The system also offers features for creating thumbnails and filling in live stream details, such as the title and description.
For users, this brings several steps together in one workflow. When a live stream is enriched, artificial intelligence prepares a title, description, a striking phrase, and a scene. Codex creates the thumbnail artwork, while the channel’s design keeps its branding, font, and colors. If a live stream has a title but no description, the system adds only the description; the title and thumbnail stay as they are.
To get started, you need to set up the system and an instance for each channel, prepare the Google Cloud requirements, and authorize the destination channel. The dashboard lets you follow the process, and the “Enrich Lives” tab lets you choose a thumbnail style. A standard banner is also available if Codex generation fails. The source says the pipeline works for internal use through an SSH tunnel, and that dashboard security remains an area for improvement before any public exposure.
