INEMA Motion Lab — Animate websites with a prompt
Offers a prompt template, five ready-made website animations, and videos showing each one.
INEMA Motion Lab brings together a prompt template, five interactive website animations, and a short video of each one. The template divides a request into three parts: appearance, motion, and technical rules. The pieces, made in the INEMA style, include a command search, a resource grid, an error page that becomes a game, a footer with falling letters, and a button to switch between day and night. Each comes as an HTML file, along with the prompt that created it and a demonstration video.
For people who create pages, guides, or courses, the lab offers examples they can open in a browser, adapt, and add to a website. The animations respond to mouse, touch, or keyboard, depending on the piece. The template helps describe colors, fonts, timing, and interactions more precisely. Its instructions also cover making animations work on phones, respecting people who prefer less motion, and avoiding interference with page scrolling.
To get started, open a piece’s HTML file in a browser and try the interaction; the first touch, click, or key press gives you control. To add a piece to a website, you can use an iframe or copy the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into the page. To create your own animation, fill in the template and ask an AI to write the file. Using the pieces requires no extra tools; testing them and recording new videos requires Node, Playwright, and ffmpeg.
