AI and Agent Management is an INEMA area about the next challenge for companies: after learning to create AI agents, learning to manage them. The proposal treats agents as part of the workforce, alongside people and processes. This involves defining roles, goals, context, tools, limits, and ways to evaluate their work.
For people using AI at work, the change is to think beyond automating tasks. Before speeding up a process, it is important to assess whether it still makes sense and redesign it when needed. The area presents eight management skills, such as delegating tasks, defining what an agent can do on its own, tracking costs, and evaluating results. LOOP-R organizes a cycle in which execution is observed, improvements are tested, and validated changes can be adopted or rolled back.
The Gestão de IA 2027 Training is being organized around this proposal; the source says it is not yet a newly published course. In the meantime, the suggested path is to start with the INEMA courses and projects already available, following the topics of the modules. As you explore the area, pay attention to who is responsible for the agent’s work, which decisions require human review, and whether results are assessed by quality, time, cost, and rework.
