AI stopped waiting for orders. Your job becomes commanding agents.

The AGI-ready area: the end of the prompt as a whole program, and six moves that fit your schedule.

The AGI-ready area brings together explanations, courses, and projects about a change in how people use artificial intelligence: instead of asking it to follow every step of a task, a person sets the destination and guides agents as they work. An agent can take on a responsibility, plan, carry it out, and return with a result. Prompts still exist, but they focus on the goal, priorities, limits, and what counts as a good result.

For people who use AI, this changes the kind of work they delegate. Instead of asking it to “make this spreadsheet,” they can assign a responsibility, such as handling a reconciliation, and agree on what the agent may decide on its own, what needs approval, and what it must not touch. To work well, it also needs context, reusable instructions called Skills, tools, and criteria for checking the result. The person still decides the destination and evaluates the final work.

To get started, choose a recurring task and rewrite the request as a delegation: state the goal, what matters, what must not happen, which resources are available, and how to assess the result. Ask for a plan before any action. If you have explained the same procedure several times, organize the instructions, templates, and examples into a Skill. Also define the agent’s limits and how to check its work.
