advviral — law in 9:16 videos with YouTube sources
A project that gathers what lawyers said about law on YouTube, with sources.
advviral brings together videos by lawyers discussing rights on YouTube and turns their content into short vertical 9:16 videos. The system transcribes the videos, selects facts and figures, and prepares a presentation with Nei commenting. The source of each piece of information appears on screen, along with the channel, date, and title of the original video.
For people following topics such as consumer rights, social security, employment, debt, property, and scams, the project organizes explanations published by different lawyers into short videos. The information is attributed to the person who said it; proposed laws are identified as proposals. The content reports what speakers said and does not offer guidance for a specific case.
When watching, check the source shown on screen and remember that the video does not replace advice from a lawyer. The system checks that each script excerpt appears in the transcript and does not produce the video if the review fails twice. Watch the videos on the Inema Pro YouTube channel.
