A project that uses four AI advisers to help analyze decisions.

7conselho is a free kit of AI agents for analyzing decisions. It brings together four themed councils: strategy, AI technology, future outlook, and business management. Each council has seven analysis profiles and a chair who organizes the opinions, critiques, and a recommendation with conditions. The profile names are thematic references; the people named do not participate in or endorse the recommendations.

The kit helps creators, professionals, and managers compare alternatives before acting. The profiles are expected to point out risks and question assumptions, while the chair records the votes and reasons. The conclusion can indicate what to test, a loss limit, and signals for revisiting the decision. It can also say that more information is needed or recommend delaying action. The assessments compare alternatives but do not measure the chance of success, and the recommendations do not carry out actions automatically.

To get started, download the project, extract the files, and open the folder in an assistant that can read local files, such as Claude Code or Codex. Choose a council, describe a concrete decision, and provide the relevant information and constraints; before voting, the assistant should ask about anything essential that is missing. The kit does not call model APIs or run AI on the page. Without authorized and available subagents, the assistant should say that it simulated the perspectives on its own: seven votes are not seven independent pieces of evidence.
