For people seeking support, a conversation can replace forms and bring information and services together across channels such as WhatsApp, email, and a chat on the website. The agent can accept corrections, answer questions while someone is filling in details, and let them cancel or resume the conversation. If it cannot find an answer, it says so and can hand the conversation over to the team.
To get started, you need Python 3.11 or later and a language model. The project guide walks users through creating the configuration, inventorying pages, preparing the knowledge base, and defining services. Before publishing, it is useful to review the test questions and check the answers and sources. The tool also offers ways to connect channels and install the system on a VPS.
