RSI arrived: stay updated to avoid falling behind

Guide introducing the new RSI feature and showing how to use it so you don’t miss out.

RSI, or recursive self-improvement, is a cycle in which artificial intelligence systems help create, test, and improve future versions of AI. Today, this process still involves people: they choose the direction and decide which changes can move forward. Automation already helps with tasks such as writing code, preparing experiments, and analyzing results.

For companies and professionals, the idea is to apply this cycle to work processes. AI agents can perform tasks, record what happened, and be evaluated so the process can improve. This shifts the focus: alongside choosing a model, people need to monitor how agents work, provide feedback, and check whether a change produced the expected result. Human judgment remains essential for choosing the right problems and preventing a worse version from moving forward.

To get started, choose a process whose results can be checked and gather real examples with correct answers. Set one main measure and other checks to spot unwanted effects. Record the agent’s actions, review the results, and keep a person responsible for approving changes before they are used. LOOP-R brings these steps together in a cycle with agents in separate roles, records of what happens, and an option to roll back.
