r7ex — turn a thesis into a vertical reel in 7 steps
A project for turning a thesis into a 9:16 reel with seven hook-building steps and a TV news look.
r7ex is an INEMA tool that turns an idea or thesis into a vertical reel in 9:16 format. The video uses a seven step script, Nei’s avatar, images generated by Codex, and a newsroom inspired finish. The title, panels, counter, and captions follow the spoken words. The script moves from the opening hook to a request for comments and points viewers to a page on inema.club.
For users, the process brings the script, images, voice, and video assembly together in one production line. The engine synchronizes the elements with the speech and animates the scenes; it does not create the content. The middle steps can change with the topic, but the script always has seven parts. The project works independently, with its own copies of its components.
To get started, the machine used by INEMA needs Python, Node, Codex, and a HeyGen subscription. The user provides the thesis and the video destination, fills out the production sheet, and checks that it has seven parts and that the panels use words found in the speech. Before sending the video, they should review the title’s spelling and check that elements do not overlap and images are legible. Avatar generation requires approval for that production.
The link opens the original content; some require a subscription.
