Kit 15 Comandos is a guide for people who use Claude Code, with ideas that also apply to Codex and other agents. It brings together fifteen changes in five areas: skills, models and settings, planning and verification, context and delegation, and tasks that keep running without you. For each tip, it explains what has changed, how to apply it, and what the INEMA community already has on the subject. It also includes a .zip file with ready-to-copy templates.
The idea is to replace long instructions with useful context, let the agent do the work, and ask for proof that it has finished. The kit includes, for example, skill templates with specific corrections, a guide to comparing results with and without a skill, a checking script, and examples of a plan and a Stop hook—a feature that checks the work before allowing the agent to stop. The guidance also explains when to use subagents, forks, or cloud routines.
To get started, choose one tip and check whether its commands and features are available in your version: run claude --help and /help before following the instructions. The guide recommends keeping the model’s default settings and changing them only when there is a problem, while recording and measuring the result. Experimental features, such as the advisor and agent-type hook, may change; try them in a separate project first. If you use routines, protect the token like a password and limit the connectors.
