motor-videos-narrativos is a local tool built in Python to organize plans for educational and narrative videos. Given a topic, it creates two files: a plan with scenes and estimated timings, and a prompt package with image, voice, and music guidance for each scene. Basic use works offline and requires no API key.
For anyone planning a video, the tool helps set its direction before production. It offers narrative structures and visual styles, and uses a local history to avoid some recent choices. The result is a brief to review, not a final script or finished video. Choices are drawn from configured options; the program does not research the topic or automatically check whether each choice suits it.
To get started, you need Python 3.9 or later. You can download the project from GitHub, and the guide explains how to choose a topic, duration, and format and open the generated files. Then review the narrative, check the facts, and fill in the spoken text. Voice recording, images, music, captions, editing, and video export are handled with other tools.
