WebMCP 0 · Base — how agents use a website today is an eight-lesson course about three ways an AI agent can use a website: read its HTML, operate the screen like a person, or call a tool declared by the site. The course shows what the agent receives, explains MCP and WebMCP, and helps diagnose a site with scripts that run locally.

For people who maintain a website, the course helps explain how agents interact with it and which changes may make that interaction easier. It teaches learners to compare the accessibility tree with a screenshot, improve the HTML, and distinguish MCP, which is stable, from WebMCP, which is still a draft.
