reel3d-teste creates animated 3D videos with code and realistic lighting

The project creates 3D scenes of a bedroom and a house with realistic lighting, without using video AI.

reel3d-teste is a project that creates short vertical 3D videos by describing each scene in code. It has already built a bedroom and a house piece by piece, with life-size furniture and lighting calculated to imitate how light hits and bounces off surfaces. The videos were made without an AI video generator; narration can also be created locally.

For people presenting rooms, products, or ideas, this method makes it possible to control the camera and when each piece appears. The same description produces the same video, making it easier to adjust a scene and render it again. In return, setting up a scene requires writing code, and each frame takes a few seconds to calculate on the graphics card.

To get started, the project requires Node.js 20 or later, a Vulkan-compatible graphics card, and ffmpeg. The guide explains how to download the models, check a test frame, and render the bedroom and house videos. Narration is optional. Keep in mind that increasing the lighting quality reduces visual grain but also increases rendering time.
