LOOP‑R – Development by Agents
Presentation of LOOP‑R, INEMA’s framework to build self‑improving systems and companies using evidence‑based continuous improvement cycles with agents.
LOOP-R is INEMA’s methodological framework for developing systems and companies that improve continuously based on evidence and agents. Its name brings together five steps: locate, operate, observe, propose, and reinforce. In practice, the cycle involves carrying out a task, measuring the result, assessing what happened, proposing a change, testing it, and validating it before adopting it.
For users, the idea is to replace the search for a “magic prompt” with an organized learning process. Agents with different roles can carry out tasks, observe results, assess proposals, and retain information. The framework describes levels ranging from a simple prompt to a self-improving company. It also includes examples in sales, software, and customer service, as well as metrics and criteria for promoting or reversing changes.
To get started, the LOOP-R guide presents an application canvas, instructions for agents, and steps for testing and validating improvements. The central recommendation is to examine the evidence, form a hypothesis, and run an experiment; only then should proven changes be promoted. The framework also presents startup opportunities, the Learning Loop Moat concept, and a course structure. The guide is available at https://inematds.github.io/loop-r/guia/.
