Laya & Jev is a course on structured decision-making and practical triage. It introduces decision engines, teaches you to run Laya in Portuguese, and guides you in building a triage process that can be evaluated. The course moves from fundamentals to practical application and quality assessment.

The course helps turn a question into a verifiable decision. The hands-on work involves building a local service desk with an interface, an API, terminal execution, and evaluation using labeled tickets. The model makes suggestions, while the policy keeps human review in place. In a local evaluation with synthetic tickets, the model got 13 out of 16 right; the three errors were kept for analysis, showing why review remains necessary.

You can follow the lessons in order or go directly to the track related to your question. The labs take about 5–7 hours, depending on your experience and setup. The practical section requires a terminal, Python, and basic knowledge of JSON; the conceptual lessons start from the beginning. You can also mark topics as read, flag questions, and save highlights and notes. Your learning journey can be exported or imported as JSON, and its state is stored in the browser; make a backup before switching devices.
