INEMA Business Discovery is an open platform that analyzes spreadsheets on sales, customers, proposals, expenses, and operations. Six AI agents look for patterns, develop hypotheses, plan tests, and check the calculations. The cycle can be repeated whenever a company chooses. The tool looks for opportunities such as customers who stopped buying, high expenses, rework, and potential sales.
For small and medium-sized business owners and managers, the aim is to support decisions with checked data rather than guesswork alone. Each finding includes the calculation, a confidence level, and a way to test the hypothesis. An agent does not approve changes: a person must authorize actions such as offering a discount or changing a process. Test results can help identify strategies that worked.
To get started, you can run a demonstration using a fictional company, then use spreadsheets exported as CSV files. Python 3 is required; the sales file is mandatory, while other files enable additional areas of analysis. Note that the demonstration examples are simulated. To test a hypothesis in practice, separate customers into test and control groups, record the results, and keep in mind that small samples may not confirm an effect.
