Gestoria: a lab for managing agents the way you manage people
Simulation, roles, authority levels and evaluation. It is the system behind the AI Management course.
Gestoria is a browser-based lab for organizing digital roles, responsibilities, and levels of autonomy. The first version uses local data and fictional scenarios: it does not run AI models or access CRM, ERP, or email. Connections to real systems are part of a separate technical plan.
The tool helps map a process, define each agent’s responsibilities, and simulate routine situations or cases that fall outside policy. Users can record human decisions, compare expected and produced results, and track indicators and improvement experiments. This makes responsibilities and limits explicit and keeps management decisions documented.
To begin, choose a single process and enter its goal, owner, steps, and target. The commercial qualification example is fictional and can help you learn the workflow; afterward, use anonymized data for your own process segment. Work stays in this browser and on this origin, with no account or syncing between devices, so you can export a JSON copy to keep.
