An eight-lesson course on guiding AI and overseeing its work as you would a team member’s.

“Do prompt ao papel: gerencie a IA como alguém da equipe” (“From Prompt to Role: Manage AI Like a Team Member”) is an eight lesson course about how working with artificial intelligence has changed: from writing requests word for word, through providing context, to defining a role for AI. The lessons present this progression and show how to create an agent’s role description.

The course helps people who use ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini stop rewriting requests in every conversation. The approach is to give the agent a goal it can check, explain the context, and provide an example of good work. It also covers training in cycles, choosing the right model for each task, and tracking costs.

To get started, the course suggests identifying which of the three eras each request belongs to: prompt, context, or role. The lessons include diagrams, copyable templates, exercises, and explained tests. People who already use Claude Code or Codex will also find that approach in the lessons on context, role descriptions, and training.
