blinda-site: an agent checks your website’s security from within
The agent reviews the local project, flags exposures, makes a backup, simulates fixes and measures risks; v1 scripts are in development.
blinda-site is a method for Claude Code or Codex to check a website’s security using the project saved on your computer. The agent reads the code and settings, identifies what may be exposed, and prepares a correction plan. It does not access or change the published website during the diagnosis. Each issue is rated for severity, and each correction has its own risk assessment.
For people who look after a website, the method organizes the review before any changes are made. It calls for a backup and a local simulation of corrections, with a build, server, and browser, so the results can be checked before applying them. Risky changes require approval. This keeps the severity of a problem separate from the chance that a correction could cause an impact.
To get started, you need the website’s project folder on your computer, preferably with git, as well as Node and npm. The guide explains how to download the kit, open the agent in the project folder, and first request a read-only diagnosis. The v1 scripts are still being built; for now, the agent follows the instructions in METODO.md. Read the report and plan, then approve any items before requesting a backup, simulation, or application.
