Atende Fisioterapia is a planning kit for a physiotherapy clinic system. It brings together specifications, 98 acceptance tests, safeguards, and instructions for a coding agent to build the application in the clinic’s environment. The system has not been implemented yet: the kit describes what should be built, but it is not a ready-to-use app.
The proposal includes scheduling, treatment plans, and prescribed exercises to do at home, with optional reminders. Through WhatsApp, patients will be able to record whether they did the exercises and report their pain. The team will receive alerts about missed appointments, reassessments, and situations that need human attention. The bot will not diagnose or give clinical advice; it will only explain exercises prescribed by the physiotherapist.
To get started, users need to obtain the repository, review the proposed decisions, and follow the steps for Claude Code or Codex to implement the system. Tests help check the result, but the application also needs an independent review and a physiotherapist’s review before it is used with patients. The source says implementation, exercise videos, and deployment still depend on steps in the user’s own environment.
