Atende Academia is a planning kit for building an attendance system for a small gym or studio. It includes the app specification, 99 acceptance tests, safeguards, and instructions for an agent such as Claude Code or Codex to implement the system in your environment. The app does not exist yet: the repository contains the plan and materials to guide its development.
The proposal is to organize students and plans, class bookings with capacity limits and a waitlist, check-ins, and workout sheets. Students will be able to check classes and workouts, book or cancel, and say they have arrived through WhatsApp. The team will be able to track bookings, check-ins, and other records. Payment is recorded as a manual status set by the team; the first version has no Pix or card integration.
To get started, clone the repository, review the 20 proposed decisions, and freeze the contract before asking the agent to implement it. Python and pytest are needed for the tests. Docker and integrations with Evolution and Telegram are optional for specific steps. The plan calls for 99 passing tests and independent checks. Before using it with students, a physical education professional should review the exercises and health alerts.
