Voucontigo 2.0 – WhatsApp bot for scheduling, cancellations and reminders
Bot that schedules, cancels, sends free slots, reminders, reports and accepts payments via PIX/Asaas.
Vou Contigo 2.0 is a platform for organizing support for older people during medical appointments, exams, shopping trips, bank visits, and other outings. Family members can interact through WhatsApp or an online portal. The companion records each visit, while the manager organizes the schedule through a dashboard or Telegram.
In version 2.0, a numbered WhatsApp menu lets users request or cancel a visit, check available times, and see their balance and next visit. The manager can also approve, adjust, or decline requests. After approval, the family member receives a confirmation; they can also receive reminders and the visit report by WhatsApp and, if an email address is on file, by email. The platform accepts PIX payments through Asaas and provides a portal with visits, balance, and reports.
To get started, a family member can request a visit through WhatsApp or the portal. Portal access uses a link sent by email, which must match the address in the client’s record. The person receiving support does not need an app. Note that WhatsApp requests depend on the manager’s approval, and WhatsApp login codes for the portal are marked “coming soon.”
