Raio-X de Margem helps clinics and salons track losses and goals
The dashboard compares results before and after, and tracks losses, targets, and attributable bonuses in a pilot with 1,302 clinics and salons in Batel.
Raio-X de Margem is a tool in a kit for consultants. Together with the business owner, it estimates in reais per month how much money may be lost through issues such as no-shows, unused appointment slots, and customers who do not return. The diagnosis creates a report and provides a starting point for tracking results.
For clinics and salons, the recovery dashboard lets users record each month’s figures and compare before and after. For each identified loss, it shows how much has returned to the business and how much remains to reach the goal. A performance bonus is based only on amounts that can be attributed to a correction, such as a reduction in card fees.
To get started, the owner can fill in the diagnosis using the available information; blank fields are left out of the total and become items to check. The saved diagnosis is then opened in the dashboard to enter monthly results. In the Batel pilot in Curitiba, 318 active health businesses were listed in CNES; this figure refers to the businesses found, not to money recovered.
