“The Secret of the 7 Principles” explains texts about managing AI agents. The report introduces the idea, the analysis separates promotional language from what has a technical basis, and the seven principles summarize the method. The proposal is not a new discovery: it brings together team management practices and practices used when programming with coding agents.
The principles help you give an AI agent clearer instructions: define the goal, provide context and reliable data, agree on how to assess the result, and set limits on its decisions. They also include observing the work and supervising it. For people who use coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex, this framework describes practices that are already part of the work.
To get started, answer the seven questions before delegating a task: what is the intention, what context and data are needed, how to recognize a good result, how much autonomy to allow, and how to monitor the work.
