Mentor-Especialista v6 — An AI that teaches like someone you admire

A course presents an AI that teaches using the method of an expert you admire.

Mentor-Especialista v6 is a hands-on course in Claude Code. Participants build an AI that teaches using the method of an expert they follow. The mentor learns from material published by that expert, provides citations to show where its rules come from, and is tested before it claims that something works. The course uses Nei’s mentor as an example, including its successes and failures.

The course is designed to help teachers, consultants, and other professionals learn by doing, one short lesson at a time. By the end, participants will have a mentor set up with selected sources, a wiki, and rules whose citations are checked by a script. They also learn to check whether the AI has actually carried out what it recommends: the mentor predicts, runs the steps, and can show a version that failed, as well as identify the rule behind each action.

To get started, the course guides participants through creating the mentor’s folder and gathering the expert’s sources. The lessons then cover organizing that material into a wiki, writing rules, and assembling the mentor’s step-by-step process. The course combines reading on a phone with hands-on work on a computer using the terminal and Claude Code. It also covers testing the mentor before trusting it and updating the material when it needs to teach something new.
