LOOP-R: your company that learns on its own
Five tracks and 21 lessons on the cycle where agents build, review and improve the process.
LOOP-R: Sua Empresa que Aprende Sozinha is a course for business owners and managers who already use artificial intelligence for recurring tasks. Across five learning paths and 21 lessons, it presents an improvement cycle: identify a task, set a measurable goal, record evidence, propose changes, and decide whether to reinforce them. The course runs in a browser, with no videos or installation required.
The aim is to help turn isolated attempts into a process that can be tracked over time. Participants record what they tested, set limits on what artificial intelligence can change, and assess changes using a decision card. The course does not promise better results; it teaches how to prevent a system decision from worsening the chosen metric and how to keep a record with an option to roll back.
To get started, the first learning path helps identify recurring tasks and assess the business’s maturity level. The lessons are designed for sessions of about 20 minutes, with practical activities such as filling in a tracking spreadsheet and writing hypotheses. The LOOP-R guide is also available to consult before the course.
