AI Agents Management Course – 7 Principles

Version 2 course with 4 tracks, 8 modules and 48 topics in PT, EN and ES.

Gestão de Agentes de IA – 7 princípios is a practical INEMA.CLUB course organized into four progressive tracks, eight modules, and 48 topics. It presents a cycle of seven principles for managing agents: intention, context, reliable data, success criteria, autonomy with limits, observation, and human supervision. The content is available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

The course aims to help people who have used ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini delegate tasks to AI with clear goals, rules, and oversight. Along the way, it offers examples from ten fields, exercises, and a final project: preparing an agent profile for a real task, including its mission, rules, definition of done, autonomy level, report, and review. Supervision also helps adjust the rules when failures occur.

No technical knowledge is required. The suggested path starts with the “A virada” track and continues through “O segredo e o projeto,” but people who already use agents can start with the track related to their current challenge. For the project, the course recommends choosing a frequent task with a visible result and low cost of error, testing the agent before trusting it, and recording failures during the first week. The estimated duration includes exercises and is not based on measurements of students.
