Explicavideos – reusable process to create videos
Guide to produce videos with Nei, illustrations and subtitles in a standardized way.
Explicavideos is a reusable process for turning content into explanatory videos. Organized from the method used for Astra and OSWork Quick, it combines Nei as the presenter, illustrations, and captions. The guide documents steps such as scripting, generation, assembly, and delivery, each with its own states and files.
For producers, the process helps track what has been done and check the delivery. Scripts handle repetitive tasks, while editorial and visual review take place before production is scaled up. Audio, duration, captions, and playback are checked before the MP4, player, and bot v3 notification are produced. In v2, the avatar and voice can be reused without generating them again in HeyGen.
To get started, copy the OSWork example configuration for a new project and review the source, destination, and language. The guide explains how to prepare, check a diagram preview, and start the run; states and logs then show its progress. This version uses the INEMA environment. On another machine, the configuration and adapter paths need to be adjusted.
