Raio-X de Margem: find and fix money losses
The kit helps consultants identify losses in small businesses, put fixes in place and measure how much money returns to the cash flow each month.
Raio-X de Margem is a toolkit that helps consultants find where small businesses are losing money, address the problems, and measure what returns to the cash register. It brings together tools to find businesses using open data, diagnose issues with the owner, and track corrections. The app runs in a browser, online or locally, with no installation.
For users, the work shows in reais where losses are occurring and which fixes may help recover margin. The diagnosis calculates monthly losses based on the business’s information, sorts actions from quickest to most difficult, and produces a report. Then the Recovery Dashboard compares results before and after, month by month.
To get started, open the app, choose a sector, and fill out the diagnosis with the business owner. Have marketplace and card machine statements ready; if information is missing, leave the field blank and note what needs to be gathered. Also pay attention to each sector’s limits and use permitted sources to collect data.
