agi-newprof turns a YouTube video into a detailed analysis, a full video, and three reels, which are short videos. The project transcribes the source, prepares a script in Portuguese, creates images, animates some scenes, narrates the text, and assembles the videos. The process runs locally on the INEMA machine and sends the finished files through Telegram.
For users, the workflow brings several steps together in one package: alongside the original video analysis, there are full and vertical versions, plus three reels highlighting ideas. The script guides the narration, on-screen text, and editing. This lets the content appear in different formats without simply cropping the horizontal video to make it vertical.
To start with another video, the guide recommends working in an output folder, transcribing the source video, and preparing a script file. Next, images must be generated, opening scenes animated, narration produced, and videos assembled. The process depends on local services in the INEMA ecosystem and tools such as HyperFrames and Agnes; the animation step has a limit on requests per minute. Delivery is handled by the project’s bot on Telegram.
