Agentes Fronteiros – Migration to a general agent with skills and kanban

Project that converts specialized agents into a general agent with contracts, loop validation and a kanban interface.

Agentes Fronteiros is a research and education project that organizes the migration from specialized agents to a general agent taught to work the team’s way. It brings together a step-by-step plan, instructions and tools for the agent, and a wiki: a knowledge base of text pages that the agent helps maintain. The project also includes a kanban interface that shows migration progress by stage.

For users, the idea is to bring together skills that were spread across agents and skills—sets of instructions for specific tasks. Each skill gets a contract that states what triggers it, what input it needs, what it should produce, and how to check whether it worked. A review cycle supports planning, execution, inspection, correction, and testing. The first version is treated as a draft, with up to three rounds of revision. The interface lets users track each item and record decisions.

To get started, you need Python 3.11 or later, PyYAML, and Claude Code skills and agents installed on the machine. After cloning the repository, you can generate the inventory, validate the wiki, and open the local interface. The guidance is to migrate a few pilots first—reels, video-explicativo, and curso—instead of trying to migrate everything at once. A skill is marked tested only after it passes two evaluation tasks; to be approved, it must also work in real use without needing corrections.
