Agent under Control v2: use AI agents safely

A course on how to use AI agents carefully and avoid problems.

“Agente sob Controle” is a free INEMA.CLUB course about using AI agents in a business with care. These agents can take action in tools such as email, calendars, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and payment systems. The course has five learning paths and 11 modules, and no programming is required.

The course helps you choose a problem worth solving, decide what an agent can access or change, and track whether its work was successful. It teaches five controls: read, change, approve, record, and switch off. The idea is that the more an agent can do on its own, the clearer and stricter its limits need to be. The person responsible for the business remains the decision-maker.

To get started, the course suggests identifying a real difficulty and preparing a plan for an agent in your business, with access limits, safety measures, and a way to measure results with someone responsible for tracking them. Also watch for risks such as hidden instructions, passwords, third-party extensions, spending without a limit, and customer data. Progress, questions, and notes are saved in the browser and can be exported.
